I don't know why it's doing this, aybe because its an mp4, but when I tried playing it, the resolution was extremely tiny. It was probably only 150x150 in pixels. When I enlarge it, the quality decreases significantly. So maybe there's something wrong with the file?

There's nothing wrong with the file, but you downloaded the wrong version ... The one you downloaded is MP4 PSP Version, the original AVI version is on the main article on front page ... http://animebreaker.com/content/view/1983/1/
