you were close lol, it's sekirei and it is very funny, but another simular to inukami, first thing i can think of is one called Akikan, it was hilarious and the characters were simular in several ways to those of inukami, particularly in a main dude with very lil shame(although guy from inukami had shame, but he could chose to ignore it lol)
