i downloaded jigoku shoujo live action ep 5 and the quality is bad, can ya fix the quality if u can, pls, thnk u very much if it is possible that it can be fixed

if you have a video converter..
convert the file to mp4 format.. it will look better.. since mp4 is a high quality format..
i have movie that didn't look so well.. but aftee converting to mp4 they looked better..

Try to redownload the episode, I just test it, it plays just fine for me, maybe your download got corrupted ...
If it's still the same, try to use VLC or update your codec, try Media Player Classic with K-Lite codec, it might be your player problem ...
