i'm sure new visitors to our site probably have this question..


i guess.. this thread will help answer that question.


we upload all of our files to MU (megaupload)


so these are the reasons when files being removed by MU

1- someone reported to MU

2- MU deleted the files without being reported

3- the files died (expired) on their own --usually for non and FREE users (21-90 days)


for our site.. all the links got reported by someone.. not sure how it all started.. but that's how most of our links are down..

most - all of our links are down within days!!


before we stared to use link protectors it's very easy to get all the links for a particular series with a few clicks.. which has its advantage and disadvantage.. since it's easy to download via Megamanager (if you have MU premium)

but.. that's also the downfall.. since it's also easy for the reporter to get all the links to report as well..


well..that is the reason why we use link protectors. it's not 100% proof.. but at least they helped keep our links stay up longer so we can bring more and new series to the site instead of keep reup the old series every few days..

the process is VERY EASY!!! if you downloaded some series of MU then you could easily reupload it again!!!

Its just as K.T. wrote. The process of reporting mu links when they are protected is long, and annoying. There isn't a way to retrieve the mu links either though source codes or other types of programs.

If anyone wants a batch file type of thing, you can use j downloader. Just highlight the links and hit ctrl c and go on a downloading spree (no, u can't retrieve the mu links from j downloader either but u can dl the file straight from the program).

The other reason we use link-protectors is because We are (at least I am) sick of fixing links since they keep breaking. If a lot of protected links are broken, don't expect me to fix them anymore.

Its quite annoying....
