Hey has anyone heard anything about a DragonBall movie coming out in the future? from what MY source tell me it's due in 2010 but then again I have not see or heard much about the thing. Does anyone here know about this?

I've seen in-production shots of the movie being made. It actually sounds stupid as hell, but I'll probably see it anyway. I think 2010 sounds about right for the release date. Google it and see what you can find, I guess.

IMDB says August 15 2008 but then again "Because this project is categorized as being in production, the data is subject to change; some data could be removed completely."

The fact that they got white people to play Goku, Piccolo (need a green guy) and Bulma just makes it weird. Not to be "racist" or anything but there are just some roles meant for certain races

One of the reasons why I don't want to watch the DOA movie.

you know what i did google and saw the same pics...and it's true, certain people were ment to play certain roles, and this one isn't one of em...like the time they had Sean Claud Play Guile in street fighter...he "Looked" the part...but the acting sucks. it's bacically taking a perfictly good japanese sibbed anime and turning it into an english dubbed..lol..(to put it bluntly)

i also heard this rumor, i think its true but i dont know how will they do it, when im a child im imagining things like this to create a movie that the actors are real people but when i imagine it, it really makes me laugh hehehe especially when someone go super saiyan.. anyway we should expect good, since hollywood improves a lot in making movies, there were classic movies that are really good when they remake it..

I suppose the only thing we can do is wait for the movie trailers and hope they don't make the whole thing look sucktastic. I'll probably go see it anyway, just because it's DBZ, but I really can't say yet if I think it's going to suck or not. A lot of way-out-there kinds of martial arts movies have been made that didn't suck so I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed that this is one of them.

You made me remember an old TV series Kung FU with David Carradine (I think) as the main character. I just can't see him as a Chinese, ever.. Oh poor little grasshopper..

Ha true indeed...i hoped that this dbz movie goes insane!!! with the graphics and special effects. that's what makes the series so great. and definately not too much talking would also help...im an Action kinda guy!
