VLC and KLite Codecs are unharmed freebies, I dont see any reason why it's not wise to suggest people to use it, or install it on their computer if it can help people to view the anime.
Of course there's always an alternative for everything, I'm just offering what I know and what I use.
If you have link to CCCP I would gladly put it on the first post so people have more alternative.
