I found Ep.26 subbed by Sudo, which is prolly the OVA that you meant, since I dont find any other OVA for DTB.

It's already uploaded, enjoy it

It's pretty good once you get down to it. The genre is a sort of actiony supernatural mystery kind of show. Think of it kind of like The Skull Man or Speed Grapher.
