Due to a certain incident, high-school student Junpei, who hates and is
allergic to cats, suddenly finds that he can understand their words.
While granting the wishes of the cats which come to him, his
relationship with his cat-rearing elder sister see-saws, is
misunderstood by Kaede, the object of his unrequited love, and argues
constantly with the family cat, Nyamusasu.
